Ubuntu 13.04 how to enable Multitouch gesture control on touchpad
This is fairly simple :
Open Dash and Type 'Mouse'
Open 'Mouse and Touch-pad'
Selection the option 'Two finger scroll'.
Go ahead and try it out.
